Regulates the nervous system
Breaks the pain cycle
Pain, trauma and stress create tension patterns in the body
Nobody should feel limited by discomfort.
Myofascial release can help to liberate you of your pain.
I will guide you through a process that empowers you to unwind out of your tension so you feel more at ease.
Myofascial Release (MFR) frees-up tension
re-programs the neural signals that cause chronic pain
regulates the fight-flight-freeze response
This method of Myofascial Release is not forced
I use a combination of MFR and Cranial Sacral Therapy (CRT), which are gentle methods.
This promotes a release of tension in the connective tissue (fascia) to happen innately.
I feel into the body's restrictions, and follow the body as it self-corrects.
Ask questions about MFR, or the treatment process.
Begin to feel more regulated, pain free, and comfortable in your body.
"I'm eternally grateful to Brian and his unique ability to assist the body in releasing old patterns of trauma and pain."
"I have had a lot of bodywork done over the years, various massage techniques, Traegering, Rolfing, Feldenkrais and a host of others, and Brian really is in a class by himself."
"I worked with Brian over the summer, and he helped to release old patterns of holding tension in my hips, legs and shoulders, greatly improving my range of motion and relieving pain."
Restrictions in your body can worsen over time
Internal and external stress tightens the body, which in turn strains the nerves.
Tension eventually creates restrictions, which can keep you stuck in unfavorable patterns.
There is potential for you to reverse unwanted holding patterns, and feel more at ease in your body.
